SEO Kickstart

Our SEO Kickstart package is designed to get your website to take the first step in search engine optimisation. It's important that from an SEO perspective you get this initial stage correct, so that any future SEO efforts are not a waste of time. Here's what's involved:

Keyword research
Optimisation of web pages
Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics
Set up and/or optimise Google Places page
Improvement report

Keyword Research

We take the time to choose the right keywords. The first keywords you think of might not be the ones that are going to boost sales. It's important that your website ranks for targeted keywords. These can attract more customers that know what they are looking for and are buying a particular product or service.

Optimisation of Web Pages

Simply put, if your web pages are not optimised you will not get high search engine rankings. This process will help search engines index your web pages and for the right keywords. Making your website "search engine friendly" is necessary if you are to achieve higher rankings. The SEO Kickstart package allows for up to 5 pages to be optimised. Additional web pages may also be optimised outside of this package.

Webmaster Tools

We will integrate Google's Webmaster Tools into your site. This will allow us to see exactly how Google views and categorises your site. As part of this process we will generate and submit an XML Sitemap to Google. A Sitemap can improve search engine optimisation of a website by ensuring that all pages can be found. This is the best way to get a search engine to find out more about your site. Google Analytics will also be added to your site. This is an invaluable tool allowing to monitor traffic, sales, conversions and how visitors interact with your site.

Google Places (Maps)

As part of SEO Kickstart, we will set up your business on Google Places. This can be a valuable resource as it can increase visibility for searches done within your local area. We will create a comprehensive Google Places page for your business making sure that it is sufficiently optimised. If you already have a Places page we can advise on how best to optimise it for your products and services.

Report

A few weeks after the work has been completed search engines typically start to pick up on the on-site optimisation that was carried out in SEO Kickstart. This is when we send you a report to show the work that was carried out and a report detailing the ranking changes for the agreed search terms.
